Fast launch of an online store and advertising for Auto Kompleks

👉 Auto Complex — a company specializing in the sale of car mats and accessories. The main focus is on seasonal products with peak demand in autumn and winter.

 

2. Task

👉 Prepare the business for the high season in a short time:

– create a fast online store in just 2 weeks,  
– set up Google Merchant Center and product ads,  
– launch advertising campaigns to get first sales before September,  
– optimize advertising before the rainy season, when the demand for mats significantly increases.

 

3. Solution

Stage 1. Fast store launch

– Launched an online store using a ready-made template focused on speed of deployment.  
– Implemented full functionality: catalog, filters, cart, order management system.  
– Set up basic integrations for order processing and customer management.

Stage 2. Advertising setup

– Created an account in Google Merchant Center.  
– Prepared the product feed and uploaded the full assortment to the system.  
– Launched product listings and campaigns in Google Ads.

Stage 3. Optimization

– Analyzed data from the first days of operation.  
– Optimized key advertising settings to reduce the cost per sale.  
– Prepared ad campaigns for the autumn season with rising demand.
